&lt;p&gt;Additionally, incorporate exercises that strengthen your core and improve hip flexibility—badminton requires deep lunging and mobility.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Make sure you have a simple routine you can follow daily. Mine looks like this:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Wake up and drink some water.&lt;/li&gt;
