Training Types ¶
We offer two types of training.
PLAY Sessions (Saturdays) ¶
- Emphasize fun, social interaction, and participation.
- Open to all skill levels, including beginners.
- Players mainly play games (singles and doubles).
- Beginners receive basic coaching to help them reach a level where they can join games.
- The focus is on enjoyment, making friends, and improving fitness rather than intensive skill development.
- Supervised games include some tactical and technical advice, but training is not the main goal.
Training Sessions (Weekdays) ¶
- Designed for players who want to develop their skills seriously.
- More structured with a focus on physical conditioning and technique.
- Includes:
- Strength, speed, and agility training.
- Footwork drills to improve movement on the court.
- Hitting practices to refine strokes and shot placement.
- Conditioned games that enhance tactical awareness.
- Ends with a cool-down and stretching.
